I used roadway to move in downtown Miami and they were great! Honestly I couldn’t have had a better experience on my moving day and while scheduling my move. They were super easy to coordinate with and handled everything from finishing my packing, wrapping/ boxing my stuff, covering the floors, loading and unloading the truck, and they even set up all of my furniture in my new place. The guys were super polite, nice, and fast. I would 100000% recommend roadway over any other moving service and will definitely be using them for my next move.

Eugenio was the Forman of the move. He was kind and communicative and efficient. Juan and Pedro did a great job along with Eugenio packing everything with care and patience. They didn’t rush and took the time to make the move as stress free as possible.. The first person I met was Richard who gave me an estimate and he did a great job explaining how the move will go and has been helpful every step of the way! I highly recommend Roadway Moving!

I had a great experience with this moving company. Despite a few hiccups during the move due to the many restrictions imposed by my building, the team handled everything professionally and efficiently.

What really stood out was their communication from the different departments I dealt with on the day of the move (adjustments, planning, support)—they kept me informed every step of the way, even notifying me promptly when they had a flat tire on the way to my new place. That level of transparency and accountability made a big difference.

I also want to give special kudos to the moving crew—Miguel, Emanuel, and Noe. Miguel showed true professionalism and made it clear they take their work seriously. Emanuel kept me at ease throughout the obstacles we faced, reassuring me to “trust them” and reminding me that I hired them for a reason, which was both comforting and professional. Noe was incredibly helpful as well, always willing to go the extra mile and support me with whatever was needed. They are an exceptional crew, and I truly hope they are well recognized for their outstanding work.

I moved from Miami to New York so it was a far move but they do local moves too!! They were actually amazing and packed everything up for me & told me to sit and relax lol. All my plates, cups, breakables were individually wrapped. They made custom wooden boxes for my TVs, wrapped my couch, bed, vanity.. etc… in layers of plastic wrap and blankets. Amazing crew.

I had a few friends suggest roadway because they used them out in LA. Moving is always beyond stressful and inconvenient. Roadway literally came in and moved all my belongings in under 5 hours, everything was organized how I left it beforehand and put back together at my new place exactly how it was prior. I only provided the two addresses and access to the apartments and spent the rest of the day working. I came back to my new place and essentially had to do nothing, it was as if my rooms were teleported. Couldn’t have asked for a easier and more stress free experience.

The quoting and contracting process with Natasha was absolutely great. She took time to do a virtual walkthrough of our place and the initial inventory was pretty spot on. They also worked with me to get a competitive price against other movers I contacted. She was always available for questions along the way and really helped reassure us of concerns we had for such a long term move.

The pickup experience with the team of Hugo Reyes, Juan, Orlando, and Erick was also excellent. The crew was professional, efficient, and wrapped everything extremely well. I've done one of these moves a few years ago and there was clearly a difference in how much better these guys treat you belongings. Their “wood crates” were actually cardboard boxes made from cut-up packing materials, and their “secure overnight facility” turned out to be a motel. Their reputation and the way they handle feedback gave me confidence, but it was my interaction with Danny that truly set them apart. So fast and efficient, and paid attention to every detail, and rolled with the unexpected (like multiple movers in one loading dock). Most of the coordination was through Eugenio and he was so great to work with. Would recommend Roadway and this team to anyone!

Today was my first day of moving and it really couldn't have been better. Hugo Reyes and Orlando are two incredible people, attentive, charismatic, they make you feel super comfortable with everything, they treat you super well and do an incredible job. They pack everything very carefully and in a very orderly manner. I really recommend them 100%, if I had to move again I would hire this company.

Their team was professional and very efficient. The move out was very fast considering everything that needed to be packed, and the move in was even faster. They also had the COI and everything we needed to comply with our building's move out policy.

I had to change the inventory a couple of times before the move out date and their team was super accommodating.

We moved interstate (from Florida to Texas) and I had a representative call or text me almost every day to give me updates. Everything took about 2.5 weeks to arrive. I did think it was going to be a little faster, but can't complain considering they saved us so much work. Would definitely recommend!
